With more and more expatriates coming in to live in Hong Kong, and banks moving their extremely-well paid employees to the city rentals have seen a major leap. This particular property at 5548 sq foot on the west-side of Hong Kong island will now be on rent for 300,000 Hong Kong dollars or $38000 USD. While the avergae rent per sq foot is HK$35, this one is charging an approximate HK$50, since it comes fully furnished as well.
The Bel Air Residence has a total of 544 apartment and 18 independent houses. The complex is very niche, and provides facilities such as a gym, pool, clubhouse, sauna and tennis court among other things.
